Welcome to TaxiWala. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our services:
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed via SMS/WhatsApp.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellations allowed up to 2 hours before scheduled pickup.
- Pricing: All prices include fuel and driver charges. Toll and parking extra.
- Liability: TaxiWala is not liable for delays caused by traffic or weather conditions.
- User Conduct: Any misconduct or abuse towards drivers will result in booking termination.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy. User data is protected and never shared.
- One Day Definition: One day means one calendar day (12 midnight to 12 midnight).
- Distance & Time Calculation: Kilometers and hours are calculated from garage to garage.
- Exclusions: Toll, parking, interstate permit, etc. are not included and must be paid separately by the customer.
- Extra KM Charges: Additional charges apply for kilometers traveled beyond the agreed package.
- Driver Allowance: Extra driver allowance is applicable if the cab is used before 6:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
